Violet Co Legal & Consulting is seeking a talented Lawyer (2-4 years PAE) to join our dedicated team. This is a rare opportunity to work full-time or part-time and move beyond a traditional legal role. You will have the chance to place your skills at the forefront of social change, working to support women, gender diverse, and First Nations peoples.

As a key member of our practice, you will:

  • Manage a challenging and rewarding caseload focused on workplace law, discrimination, and gender-based violence.

  • Contribute directly to impactful law reform and systemic advocacy projects.

  • Mentor and guide our passionate team of junior legal staff.

  • Build the trust-based client relationships that are the foundation of our work.

This position is integral to delivering exceptional, trauma-informed legal services and advancing our mission for a more just community.
