Workplace Investigation - commencement process for organisations and businesses
We create bespoke workplace investigation processes for each client.
An exploratory meeting and commencement process (3 hours in total) for organisations and businesses is an opportunity to discuss and plan. Our fees cover:
An initial meeting with the Organisation sponsor to share and understand the context of the workplace - policies, industrial context and culture. Provision of background documents. In this meeting we discuss the issues and best approach to a workplace investigation.
Finalisation of scope.
Communications to parties regarding the investigation and appointment of Karen Iles as the lead investigator.
Initial 1 hour meeting with complainant to understand the complaint, ensure they are comfortable with the process and that their needs are accommodated
We then charge for our services on an hourly basis, or fixed-fee, depending on our clients needs. Our fees for our workplace investigation commencement process are discounted down to a fixed fee of $1,200+GST.
As with all of our services, we provide discounts for charities. Please email office@violetco.com.au
