Workplace Investigation - representation for individuals
We support individuals in workplace investigations.
Our fees cover 3 hours of legal advice and representation:
An initial meeting
Review of documentation
Support to document a complaint or respond to a complaint
Debrief meeting after workplace investigation interview
Our fees for to represent individuals in workplace investigations are discounted down to a fixed fee of $1,200+GST. Beyond this package we then charge for our services on an hourly basis, or fixed-fee, depending on our clients needs.
As with all of our services, we provide discounts to those who fit within our pro bono criteria. Our pro bono criteria is entirely at our discretion. Typically we provide free or low cost legal services to women, gender diverse and First Nations people who do not have capacity to pay (in full or part) for legal services. Typically “capacity to pay” is assessed on income as against the “poverty” and “average income” indexes. If you are having difficulty in affording legal representation and are seeking a discount please email office@violetco.com.au
