Social impact for women and Indigenous peoples

We believe in a world where women and Indigenous people have self-determination, live with equality and the ability to exercise all human rights in the blink of an eye. Gender, race and other differences are celebrated and promoted.

Our community partners

We provide pro-bono legal and consulting services to organisations that share our vision. In addition, our team volunteer and hold Non-Executive Director positions on for-purpose organisations.

Empowering students through workplace integrated learning

Hands-on workplace integrated learning for University and High School students is one way that Violet Co supports women, girls and Indigenous students to gain an insight into our day to day. We hope that this experience can empower choices in future directions.
